AFDIM documentation
AFDIM (Automatic Feature-based DIMensioning) is a plugin for AutoCAD® and AutoCAD® Mechanical. It dimensions part drawings: plate and sheet metal, structural sections, and machined and cut parts. You select the curves of a part. AFDIM recognises holes, slots, notches, fillets, chamfers, hole patterns and bend lines. It then places ordinary AutoCAD dimensions, callouts and centre lines. AFDIM works on drawings in millimetres or inches.
