Ordering, Payment and Delivery

In short. You order on the pricing page, and Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, runs the checkout. Prices on the English pages exclude tax; the Vietnamese pages show the total for a buyer in Vietnam, tax included. Before anything is charged, the checkout shows the plan, the price, the tax due in your country and the total, and you can correct or cancel the order. Paddle takes the payment with a card or another method it offers in your country, and emails you a receipt that confirms the order. What you buy is a licence for software: nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge. Your licence key arrives by email within 3 business days of the payment. Any order can be refunded in full within 14 days, for any reason.

1. What you buy

A licence to use AFDIM for AutoCAD®, a plugin for full AutoCAD on Windows, on one computer, under the plan you choose: quarterly (3 months), yearly or perpetual. The pricing page at afdim.com/pricing/ lists the plans, what each one includes and their prices, and the Terms of Service and the End User Licence Agreement set out the licence.

The software itself is a free download from afdim.com/download/, and the same installer runs as a free 7-day trial until a licence is activated. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

2. Placing an order

1. Choose a plan. On the pricing page, click the Buy button of the plan you want. Paddle’s checkout opens over the page.
2. Enter your details. Your email address, which the receipt and the licence key are sent to, and your country (and postcode where tax rules need it). For an invoice made out to a company, add the company name, address and tax number.
3. Review the order. Before anything is charged, the checkout shows the plan, the price, the tax due in your country and the total, in the currency you will pay.
4. Correct or cancel. Until you confirm the payment, you can correct your details, close the checkout and choose another plan, or close it to cancel. Nothing is charged.
5. Pay. When you confirm, Paddle takes the payment and shows that the order is complete.
6. Confirmation. Paddle emails you a receipt with the order number. The receipt confirms the order: from then on it is placed, under the Terms of Service in force on that date.

If you notice a mistake after paying, such as the wrong plan, write to support@afdim.com: the order can be refunded in full within 14 days, as the Refund Policy describes, and you can order again.

3. Prices and tax

• One price before tax. A plan has the same price before tax in every country. The English pages show it in US dollars, without tax.
• Tax. Paddle calculates the tax due in your country, such as VAT, GST or sales tax, from the country you enter, adds it to the price before tax and shows it before you pay.
• Prices in dong include tax. For a buyer in Vietnam, the Vietnamese pages show the total in Vietnamese dong, tax included: the price before tax plus the tax Paddle collects in Vietnam. Paddle’s checkout shows the two parts, and they add up to the price on the page.
• No other charges. Apart from that tax, there is no delivery charge and no other fee from the Seller or from Paddle. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fee, for example for a payment to a merchant outside your country, under its own tariff.
• The price that applies is the one Paddle’s checkout shows when you pay. A promotion, if there is one, shows its price, its conditions and its end date on the pricing page before you order.
• No automatic renewal. Quarterly and yearly plans, and update renewals of a perpetual licence, are paid once per order. Nothing is charged again unless you place another order.

4. Payment

• Every payment goes to Paddle (the entity named on the receipt), the Merchant of Record for all AFDIM orders. Its checkout offers the payment methods available in your country, usually cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and often PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Card and bank details are entered only in Paddle’s checkout, over an encrypted connection. The Seller never receives them.
• The Seller does not take payment directly, by bank transfer or in any other way. Anyone who asks you to pay for AFDIM by bank transfer is not acting for AFDIM.
• Paddle’s receipt and invoice are the record of the payment. The Seller is an individual and does not issue Vietnamese VAT invoices (hóa đơn GTGT).

5. Delivery

• What is delivered: a licence key, AFDIM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, by email to the address you gave in the checkout.
• When: within 3 business days after Paddle confirms the payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays, in the ICT (UTC+7) time zone.
• Where: by email, to every country where Paddle’s checkout sells. There is no physical delivery and no delivery charge.
• Activating: in AutoCAD, click Settings on the AFDIM ribbon tab, open About, choose Enter licence key…, paste the key and click Activate. On a computer without internet, send the request code from afdim.com/account/ with your order number instead; the signed licence file arrives by email within 3 business days of a complete request.
• Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder, then write to support@afdim.com with your Paddle order number, and the key is sent again. If a licence cannot be delivered, the order is refunded in full.

6. Checking before you buy

Install AFDIM and start the free 7-day trial: it has every feature, on your own drawings and your own AutoCAD version, and needs no payment and no email address. AFDIM runs only in full AutoCAD on Windows, not in AutoCAD LT; the download page lists every requirement.

7. Refunds, complaints and contact

• Refunds: a full refund within 14 days of the order, for any reason. The Refund Policy has the details.
• Complaints: section 16 of the Terms of Service sets out how a complaint is received and how quickly it is answered.

Consistency rule: supported CAD releases and editions are those advertised by the installer and download page for the relevant release; references to AutoCAD do not expand or narrow that scope. Refund consequences, termination and assignment follow EULA sections 10–11; refunding a renewal preserves the paid perpetual licence. The full 14-day refund guarantee is AFDIM’s voluntary commitment in addition to mandatory rights; AFDIM is responsible for arranging it through Paddle.
